As Assistant, Property Management, Monica Juarez is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing statements, bank reconciliations, bank deposits, income statements/balance sheets, as well as assisting with year-end support and overall administrative tasks.
Ms. Juarez previously spent four years with Urban Design Group as the office manager, bookkeeper and payroll administrator. Her responsibilities included accounting functions as well as processing payroll, human resources, employee relations for new hire paperwork, employee insurance and 401K plan administration.
Her experience also includes six years of work for an architectural firm as bookkeeper/office manager and work for a personal Injury law firm as the assistant bookkeeper. Ms. Juarez’s long history and background in bookkeeping/accounting goes back to 1998.
