Great progress has been made since the 2016 ground breaking. All panels have been tilted and roofs have been nailed off. The project is still tracking on budget and is expected to be delivered on schedule by March 2017. Four of the six buildings are in escrow for sale to end users with closing to occur concurrently with building completion.

This two-building project broke ground in mid-October 2016. The pads have been certified, slabs poured, and we were set for an early February panel raise.
