Quinn Johnson, JD, serves as President of EBS Realty Partners. Over the course of a career spanning almost two decades in real estate, Mr. Johnson has developed over 7 million square feet of real estate, valued at more than $500 million. Much of his work at EBS is focused on overseeing complex project planning along with managing entitlement, construction, and development of large-scale real estate projects. Mr. Johnson’s detailed construction experience evolved from years working at his family’s structural steel company, one of the largest in Nevada.

Mr. Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and operations management from the University of Arizona. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver.

Patrick (Pat) Remolacio has been in the commercial/industrial real estate arena since 1985 and is a co-founding principal and managing member of EBS Realty Partners.  He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has earned professional designations in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the CCIM Institute. Mr. Remolacio transitioned into full-time industrial development in 2014 after almost three decades of active practice in real estate brokerage and advisory services with Colliers International. Since joining EBS, he has played a key role in the development of more than 7 million square feet of industrial product to include site identification and acquisition, due diligence, development entitlement and dispositions. Given his considerable experience in the brokerage arena, Mr. Remolacio oversees the company’s lease and sale marketing activities working closely with EBS’ project brokerage teams.  He served in the U.S. Marine Corps’ 3^rd Marine Air Wing and graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate finance.

Michael McKenna joined the EBS team in January 2015. During this time, EBS has entitled more than 4 million square feet of industrial product and developed over 3 million square feet. Mr. McKenna oversees the firm’s new project pursuits and underwriting in California, and project management of entitlement and construction management activities.

Mr. McKenna graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate finance and is a licensed California real estate salesperson.

As senior managing director of asset management, Jill Marquez, oversees all of EBS’ asset and property management operations, as well as the company’s banking, capital management and reporting functions. Ms. Marquez began her real estate asset management career in 1997, working directly with the principals and property-owner clients of Shaw Properties. Ms. Marquez and her staff oversee and manage 2.63 million square feet of commercial industrial real property assets, and she is directly involved in development project debt procurement and all company and project banking activities.

In his role as Project Manager, Mike Foley assists EBS’ principal and senior project manager in project-related activities from entitlement through building operation.  His experience includes roles with Gilbane Building Company, Clark Construction, and Millie and Severson. Mr. Foley holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

As Director of Development, Nevada, Boyden Bulloch oversees project management of Nevada developments from entitlement through operations. He also works closely with EBS’ strategic partners to identify and underwrite new project pursuits. Since joining EBS in 2021, Mr. Bulloch has been involved in the development of over 650,000 square feet of class-A industrial product. Prior to joining EBS, Mr. Bulloch held roles with Dakota Pacific Real Estate, Canopy Tax Inc., and KPMG. He holds a Master of Accountancy and B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Business and is a licensed CPA in Nevada. .

Andrew Sinclair has been with EBS since he joined as a project management intern in 2021. During that time, he was engaged with close to 20 industrial projects in Southern California and Nevada. In his role as Associate Project Manager, Mr. Sinclair continues to support the project teams.

Mr. Sinclair received his bachelor’s degree from University of Alabama Culverhouse College of Business, with a double major in finance and economics.
