Quinn Johnson

Quinn Johnson, JD, serves as President of Equity Building Services (EBS). Over the course of a career spanning almost two decades in real estate, Mr. Johnson has managed more than $250 million worth of real estate development projects, encompassing approximately 4 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space. Most of his work at EBS is focused on overseeing complex project planning along with managing entitlement, construction and development of large-scale real estate projects. Mr. Johnson’s detailed construction experience evolved from years working at his family’s structural steel company, one of the largest in Nevada.

Mr. Johnson holds bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Arizona. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver.

Patrick Remolacio, SIOR, CCIM

Patrick (Pat) Remolacio joined Equity Building Services (EBS) in 2015 after almost three decades with Colliers International, where he served in significant leadership and supporting team roles for a multitude of corporate real estate, investor and government clients. Mr. Remolacio’s focus at EBS is in the areas of business development, strategic planning and project management. He is a 15-year member/designee of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR), and in 2012/13 he served as president and executive committee chair for the SIOR’s Inland Empire/Orange County Chapter.

Mr. Remolacio is a volunteer and trustee of The November 10th Association, an organization comprised of both active duty and/or retired U.S. Marines, and is a volunteer for the Building Block Foundation Fund, a non-profit organization that serves the at-risk youth throughout the County of Orange.

Jill L. Marquez

As senior managing director of asset management, Jill Marquez, oversees all of EBS’ asset and property management operations, as well as the company’s banking, capital management and reporting functions.

Ms. Marquez began her real estate asset management career in 1997, working directly with the principals and property-owner clients of Shaw Properties. Ms. Marquez and her staff oversee and manage 2.63 million square feet of commercial industrial real property assets, and she is directly involved in development project debt procurement and all company and project banking activities.

Michael R. McKenna

Michael McKenna joined Equity Building Services in January 2015. As Senior Project Manager, his contributions and responsibilities include the underwriting of new project opportunities and project management.

Mr. McKenna graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate finance; and is a licensed California real estate salesperson.

Mike Foley

In his role as Associate Project Manager, Mike Foley assists EBS’ principal and senior project manager in project-related activities from entitlement through building operation.  His experience includes roles with Gilbane Building Company, Clark Construction, and Millie and Severson. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
