As Director of Development, Nevada, Boyden Bulloch oversees project management of Nevada developments from entitlement through operations. He also works closely with EBS’ strategic partners to identify and underwrite new project pursuits. Since joining EBS in 2021, Mr. Bulloch has been involved in the development of over 650,000 square feet of class-A industrial product. Prior to joining EBS, Mr. Bulloch held roles with Dakota Pacific Real Estate, Canopy Tax Inc., and KPMG. He holds a Master of Accountancy and B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Business and is a licensed CPA in Nevada.

Andrew Sinclair has been with EBS since he joined as a project management intern in 2021. During that time, he was engaged with close to 20 industrial projects in Southern California and Nevada. In his role as Associate Project Manager, Mr. Sinclair continues to support the project teams.

Mr. Sinclair received his bachelor’s degree from University of Alabama Culverhouse College of Business, with a double major in finance and economics.
