As Project Manager, Boyden Bulloch assists EBS’ principal and senior project manager in project-related activities from entitlement through building operation. Prior to joining EBS, Mr. Bulloch held roles with Dakota Pacific Real Estate, Canopy Tax Inc., and KPMG. He holds a master of accountancy from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Business and is a CPA candidate.

Andrew Sinclair has been with EBS since he joined as a project management intern in 2021. During that time, he was engaged with close to 20 industrial projects in Southern California and Nevada. In his role as Associate Project Manager, Mr. Sinclair continues to support the project teams.

Mr. Sinclair received his bachelor’s degree from University of Alabama Culverhouse College of Business, with a double major in finance and economics.
