Groundbreaking on 864,000 SF Distribution Center

EBS has broken ground on a single 864,000 SF single concrete tilt-up industrial building. Located on approximately 42.95 acres of land in the city of Perris, CA, the building is set for completion by March 2017.

EBS was responsible for assembling the five parcels of land for the project and oversaw entitlement through the city of Perris. The EBS team is now serving as construction manager through completion on behalf of Industrial Property Trust.
