The 5080 Hallmark Parkway project was a complete and extensive renovation of a 197,100 SF 1980-vintage manufacturing warehouse building on a 7.58-acre parcel. Upon the renovations completion, which included a major facade redesign, the facility was leased long-term to a publicly traded steel company that manufactured construction nails and paper backed stucco wire. The property was subsequently sold in 2018 to an institutional real estate investment group.
