EBS acquired the site in December 2022 and is currently processing entitlements for two speculative industrial buildings to be located at 19 and 21 Hughes Avenue, Irvine, CA. Building 1 is planned for 80,017 SF, and Building 2 is planned for 74,718 SF. Entitlements are anticipated in Q1 2024, with groundbreaking occurring in Q4 2024. Both buildings are being marketed for sale or lease.
