EBS acquired the 29,796 SF facility with a substantial amount of excess land in March 2021 located at 11266 Jersey Boulevard in Rancho Cucamonga. EBS’ original development plan was to rehabilitate/reposition the existing building, fence, pave, and light the oversized yard for outdoor storage. While processing plans through the city, EBS was approached by an investor and sold the project entitled with permit-ready construction documents. The property was subsequently sold less than a year after acquisition, in its as is condition, with rehabilitation plans in place.
