Michael McKenna joined the EBS team in January 2015. During this time, EBS has entitled more than 4 million square feet of industrial product and developed over 3 million square feet. Mr. McKenna oversees the firm’s new project pursuits and underwriting in California, and project management of entitlement and construction management activities.
Mr. McKenna graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate finance and is a licensed California real estate salesperson.
