EBS acquired the site in December 2022 and is currently processing entitlements for two speculative industrial buildings to be located at 19 and 21 Hughes Avenue, Irvine, CA.    Building 1 is planned for 80,017 SF, and Building 2 is planned for 74,718 SF.  Entitlements are anticipated in Q1 2024, with groundbreaking occurring in Q4 2024.  Both buildings are being marketed for sale or lease.

Speculative industrial development located at 4 Goodyear, Irvine, CA.  EBS was retained by W.P Carey to redevelop the existing flex industrial facility that they developed in the early 1980s.  EBS entitled the site with a Class A warehouse distribution facility, and the building was preleased prior to grounding breaking. This building is projected to be complete in October 2023.

Speculative industrial development located at 6450 Warbonnet Way, Las Vegas, NV. EBS acquired this property in the southwest submarket in September 2022. The project is entitled, and plans are in the first round of plan check with Clark County. Groundbreaking is slated for Q4 2023. The project is being marketed for sale or lease.

Speculative industrial development located on Rainbow just south of Blue Diamond between Richmar Avenue, and Gary Avenue.  EBS acquired this property in the southwest submarket in October 2022.  The project is entitled, and plans are in the second round of plan check with Clark County.  Groundbreaking is slated for Q4 2023.  The project is being marketed for sale and or lease.

EBS Realty Partners and Penwood Real Estate Investment Management LLC (through its sixth value-added investment vehicle – Penwood Select Industrial Fund VI LP) completed the successful sale of Henderson Gateway, a 98,023 SF Class-A industrial facility situated on 4.83 acres in the sought-after West Henderson submarket. This turn-key building was sold to a private investor. It was fully leased to a health and wellness supplement company.
