Completed project September 2017. All buildings sold to endusers concurrently with completion.

Acquired this existing building in 2015 and conducted a complete facility renovation.  The facility was leased to a publicly traded steel company upon completion in 2016, and sold to an investor in 2018.

Speculative Class A Industrial Development, located at 22705 Newhope Street, Moreno Valley, CA. Sold to an investor at completion in July 2015.

Home to the Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino. This well located project was recognized as one of the best industrial buildings in Las Vegas by NAIOP. Read more in our case study. Completed in 2009.

Redevelopment of the historic sugar beet refinery plant. This project was awarded Best New Industrial Development by the City of Chino in 2007.  All four buildings were sold to owner/users at completion in 2008.
